Submitting a copyright notice

If you believe that material published on the Vertex Pools website infringes your copyright, send a notice through the project contact form with sufficient information to identify and review the material in question.

Include	Why it is needed
Your full name and contact information	So we can acknowledge the notice and provide a response.
A description of the copyrighted material	So the claimed work and associated rights can be understood.
The relevant page URL or a detailed description of the material	So the reported content can be identified without unnecessary delay.
A good-faith statement that the use is not authorised	So the notice contains the required statement supporting the complaint.
A statement confirming the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act, plus your signature	So the copyright complaint can be reviewed as a properly submitted notice.

Review process

1. We review the submitted notice and the material identified in the report.
2. We may restrict or remove access to reported material while the complaint is being evaluated.
3. We may request additional information when the reported material or copyright concern is unclear.
4. We provide a response after the review is completed or when further information becomes available.

Counter notice

If you believe material was removed or restricted in error, you may submit a counter notice containing your contact details, identification of the affected material and a statement explaining that you believe the action resulted from a mistake or misidentification.

Repeated copyright complaints

Material may be removed from the Vertex Pools website or declined for publication when repeated valid copyright complaints are received concerning the same content.
